My Local Safety How To's and FAQs

Downloading, installing and logging into this app takes less than 5 minutes and allows you to provide information to ensure your local Pinewood Springs Firefighters are informed. This tool will also push emergency alerts and important notices directly to your smartphone.

 

Step 1: Download the app     Click here for iOS (Apple) app     Click here for Android app

 

Step 2: When you open the app, you can choose to JOIN or Enter as a Guest

  • We recommend you JOIN so you can share important information about your property with the fire department

 

Step 3: Enter code 954139 to identify Pinewood Springs as your local emergency provider.

  • This step is crucial to ensure you are connected with the Pinewood Springs Fire Protection District

 

Step 4: Add family, pets and property information

  • Click on the MENU button in the upper-left corner, then select "Enter information for a new property"
  • You can enter as much or a little as you like: gate codes, number and names of pets, information about family members with special needs or accessibility concerns. 

 

Not tech savvy? No problem. You can still share important information about your family, pets and property with the Pinewood Springs FPD.
